COVE Bar and Restaurant is based on fresh and sustainable seafood and elevated bar food, making it more accessible for Bronte Harbour. Owner Michael Mercanti and Chris Wilson have been in the restaurant business their whole lives. They decided to open COVE just in time for Spring and Summer 2019, after five successful years as Yolanda’s Spuntino Casa. Its award-winning patio is the nicest in all of Oakville.
